Music Export Lithuania introduces the Note Lithuania series of promotional releases – genre-specific CD and DVD compilations, designed to bring Lithuanian artists to the attention of the international music industry. Past releases include compilations of pop, rock, electronica, jazz, authentic and modern folk music.
The present NOTE LITHUANIA 2009 is already the seventh in the
Note Lithuania series. It was released specially for the international music industry fair MIDEM 2010.
According to its compilers, “you will find no manufactured pop groups or TV reality show winners in this compilation. Instead, we are proud to offer you some of the acts that create serious buzz on the internet, play inspiring live shows; some of those who would never compromise their music to make extra cash.”
