InCulto, the nominees for MTV’s Best Baltic Act award of 2006, are one of the most wanted live acts on the Lithuanian club scene. The group’s unique selling point is their fiery live performances that combine everything from popular Latino genres (salsa, cumbia, son) to funky house beats, rock riffs, and even intentional kitsch, creating an instantly danceable and rebellious blend of old and new. Not less important is InCulto's exotically eccentric charisma, with the band's leader Jurgis Didžiulis becoming nothing short of a cult personality in Lithuania's clubbing youth circles. Besides him, there are 7 more musicians in the band, playing a variety of acoustic and electronic instruments and providing the maximum heat during the concerts. The summer of 2008 saw the birth of InCulto’s alter ego – the club rock project mysteriously titled TWNKL. According to InCulto’s members, this new face represents what they all needed like a drug – music that would be worth giving up everything for, like in the restless teenage days.
